Karen, a member of the firm’s Management Committee, serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, with responsibilities encompassing administration, finance and compliance. Joining Systematic in 2006, Karen brought over 20 years of prior experience within the investment industry which began at Jennison Associates where she held numerous positions, including Head of Retail Distribution, Chief Operating/Administrative Officer, Treasurer and Chief Compliance Officer.
Karen received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College.
